VENDOR APPLICATION
The festival features vendor tables from local community groups, clubs, organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and individuals.
Vendors can display non-consumable goods, artifacts, or services to sell or information about their particular business, group, club, or organization.
Community organization vendors can also present cultural artifacts, provide information about the organization, and offer items for sale.
The Festival does not accept applications from organizations promoting or offering religious or political-related information.

Time: 5:00 - 8:00 PM CST
A table and two chairs will be provided to all vendors. You are welcome to bring a tablecloth. The Festival will NOT provide tablecloths. FOOD And/or DRINK SAMPLES ARE NOT PERMITTED (including bottled water and pop-corn).

By Submitting this Form You acknowledge that You have read and You accept the CONSENT AND RELEASE below.
In this document, you will be releasing and indemnifying Garage Arts Project (defined herein) from the consequences of its own potential negligence.
CONSENT AND RELEASE
I permit the Garage Arts Project and/or its agents and sponsors the recording, reproduction,
and broadcasting/telecasting of any visual or aural occurrences during the Bridges Collaboration Festival or its preparation.
I assign all rights and release from liability to the Garage Arts Project and/or its agents for the recording, reproduction, exhibition, broadcasting, telecasting, and distribution of my visual image, biography, voice, musical, and/or theatrical performance, and musical text and/or written text materials used in such performance in connection with the production of the Bridges Collaboration Festival. The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges Garage Arts Project, its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, and assigns, and all other persons, firms, or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly deny any liability, from any claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, and particularly without limitation on account of all injuries or claims, known and unknown, both to person and property, which may result or may in the future develop from any activities taking place in connection with the activities contemplated hereby. The undersigned hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold the Organization and its sponsors harmless from and against any claims, demands, loss, damage, or expenses resulting from the negligent acts or omissions of the Organization that may result or may in the future develop from any such activities.
I understand that the Garage Arts Project reserves the right to refuse participation in the Bridges Collaboration Festival, and this application does not guarantee the applicant the right to participate in the Festival.
