Our Mission
Garage Arts Project (GAP) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing an intimate and immersive platform for artists and audiences to foster creativity and goodwill, increase appreciation of the arts, and strive for better cultural understanding.
Beyond our mission, GAP is a home for collaboration, community, and creative exchange. We curate intimate spaces where artists from diverse backgrounds can experiment, connect, and share their work with engaged audiences. Through workshops, showcases, festivals, and outreach programs, we bring people together to explore culture, deepen understanding, and experience art in meaningful ways. What began in a small garage has grown into a community-driven movement that continues to expand across Plano and Houston.
